 General Terms 
 
• You can contact me on Instagram* and Twitter, or send me a message on Discord (ajax_dishsoap_) *IG dms have been really buggy lately and tend to hide messages on occasion!• Currently only taking payments through PayPal
 
• I do not offer refunds
 
• Major adjustments/revisions can only be made during the sketching process• As the artist, I retain the right to use the artwork for my own purposes (eg. post on my profile, use in portfolio)• Commissions may take between 1 week to 1 month to complete Please be patient :) I will keep you updated during the process.• Don't hesitate to ask questions if you need to, I'll respond as soon as I'm available!

 Commission Process 
 
Receive a request from you (client)
 
↓ Once I've accepted your commission ↓Client will pay %100 deposit
 
↓ Once I've received the payment ↓I'll start sketching as soon as I can
(may take a few days, depending on my current workload)↓ Once the sketch complete ↓I'll send the sketch to you for review and possible revisions
 
↓ If revisions/adjustments are requested ↓I'll send an updated version of the sketch
 
↓ Once the sketch is approved ↓I'll continue to work on your commission, keeping in contact to share progress pics during the process
 ↓ Once I've completed your commission ↓I'll send you a preview image + a Google Drive link containing the full resolution image file!
